For Android-based devices, this is our preferred app for the smoothest setup and zero buffering.

Search Downloader: On your Firestick, press the Search button (the magnifying glass at the top of the menu) and look for Downloader.

Install App: Install the free orange Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.

Enter Shortcode: Open Downloader. In the box at the top, type this direct code and press Go: 842190

Download & Install: Wait for the player download bar to finish, then press Install.

Launch Player: When the app is installed, press Open, then add a playlist or scan the QR code with your phone.

Connect Account: Enter your sign-in details exactly as sent in your activation email, then confirm. Done!

Nothing loading after signing in? Open Settings → Service inside the app and switch server route.

Seeing 'App not installed'? An older player app may already be on the device. Delete old versions, restart, and retry.

Internet Speed

Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming.

Case Sensitivity

Make sure your Xtream Codes are entered correctly. These details are case-sensitive.

App Updates

Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.

Rebooting

Restart your device and also reboot your router/modem to clear network cache.

Integrated VPN

Our service comes with a built-in VPN. Please disable third-party VPN apps to avoid conflicts.

Cache Clearing

Clear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen and test again.
